#because you know this was that was the day steve realized it too #that day when bucky made him ride the cyclone at coney island #because steve ate the cotton candy bucky bought him #and the hot dog bucky pressed into his hands #and then bucky led him up to the ride and steve knew #he just KNEW #that he was going to puke #but bucky was grinning at him and ushering him towards the ride with a hand on his back #’c’mon pal i’ll be great—you worry too much’ #and that was always the thing about bucky wasn’t it #he always believed in steve #even when steve didn’t believe in himself #so he got onto the stupid cyclone and sure enough that hot dog and that cotton candy were like ‘steve rogers we must quit you’ #but steve gritted his teeth and held out until they got off the ride #(but of course bucky still found him and cleaned him up) #(because bucky’s always been like THAT too) #(he’ll believe in steve no matter what) #(but he’s the guy who’s there when the chips are down too) #and afterwards the park closed and they were supposed to go home #but there was something kind of amazing about the place after dark #lights blinking out and the stars above them more visible than in the heart of brooklyn most nights #air tasting so clear and fresh #and steve looked at bucky #hair still windswept and that big grin still in place #but uncertainty underneath it #because of all the guys bucky’s always been #the one who’s never quite sure he’s good enough is the most painful and the most honest #so steve grinned at him and said ‘this is the best day i’ve had in ages’ #and it was worth it for the way bucky’s grin firmed up #and stayed firm for the rest of the summer and into winter too

Bruce is always Hulk cus he can’t tolerate Loki, but he is like, sophisticated Hulk cus he is trying really hard not to rage. Lettie, my heart, this is perfect. *u*  I adore how you draw all of them.  Pepper and Tony are especially cute.  Clint &amp; Nat are fucking sexy.

Managed to get the gist of Howard’s form down, even though his legs will be the death of me. I can’t seem to draw legs anymore uuuuugh. Yeah, Gryz, I still really really want to see this finished, fyi.
