I don’t speak latin, but I spent five minutes listening to it over and over to pick out the words and put them in google translate to try to make sense of them. What I got is “on devinctus occuro spiritos pronte tale on de monte” which google says means “on such bonds meet the spirit of the ready on the mountain”. Can anyone back me up on this or am I just completely off?
‘on’ and ‘pronte’ aren’t words in Latin, so minus them, my best translation for your transcription is:
“I, the tied-up person, met up with spirits such out of the mountain.”
So, um, yeah, probably not so much.

So like, I see a fair number of alternate canon fics where Stiles gets bitten instead of Scott, which I get because it was the first big fork in the road. Peter says it himself that it could have been either of them. But I.. kind of want fic where Peter bit them both? And I am a huge sucker for stories about siblings/best friends going on divergent paths and end up fighting on opposite sides
also i am an unrepentant peter/stiles shipper but shhhBut Stiles isn’t, you know, killing for the sake of killing. He’s doing it to protect the few people he actually gives two shits about. And if he has to take Scott out of commission just long enough for them to take out the Argents? He’s just doing it for the greater good.
As an aside: the font is called Loved by the King. Fitting, yet totally unintentional!

man I really love this one because seconds earlier he was threatening the health and safety of both of these people. Derek’s fucked up in a lot of ways. He’s got some terrible ideas about power and manipulation he doesn’t know how to ask for favors when he has time to think things through he tends to overthink and make wrong choices but at these moments when he only has seconds and all he can do is act on instinct he always puts these kids first. He always throws himself in front of them and in front of whoever else is around like if all his power and weight and claws and teeth and muscle are going to be good for anything they’re going to be good for this. They’re going to keep the monsters away from Scott McCall and his weird friend. If only he could stop letting his insecurities turn him into a monster the rest of the time.
